I see a lot of "shoot the messenger" comments but I don't see any kind of a nuanced or reasoned argument about why the US, as the source of the worldwide AIDS epidemic, should not be paying reparations for it's negligence. Why is that? With COVID19 you clowns are blaming a bat for starting the pandemic in China, but with AIDS it was actual American citizens that got the virus all whipped up.
